Mussel Beach Holdings LTD. would like to announce that we have a one water front leased lots available now. We also have 4 non water front view lots available at this time. These view RV lots have approximately 50 to 100 feet of east facing ocean view (through the trees) and are about 1/4 acres in size. They are located above the ridge on each side of the hill at the north east end of the property (see property map on the maps page on this web site. These yearly camp lots fall within the CW (wilderness campground) rezoning.

bulletPit toilets (providing the percolation is adequate) must be located 100 feet or more from the highest tide line. Compost or Tank type must be used as a alternative.
bulletYou are allowed one 100 sguare foot portable / removable storage building, and one of the following recreational accommodations: a trailer, a Yurt, a Teepee, ,  a motor home on each site (located 100 ft. back from High tide line) for one family. 
bulletNo tree's on the foreshore covenant may be cut down.
bulletNo ever green tree's on the rest of the lot area maybe cut down with out prior written permission from a Mussel Beach Holding Director.
bulletAlder tree's may be cut down and used for construction or firewood on the lot you have rented.
bulletThe main road access may not be blocked at any time.
bulletYou must have respect for your neighbors.
bulletFires must be limited to camp fire size and attended at all times.
bulletBetween October 31 and April 30, clean up brush/branch fires maybe lit but limited in size to 12 foot in diameter.
bulletMaximum of 6 month living in any year.
bulletThe Access roads to the annual rental lots may be restricted by a locked chain/cables stretched across the road for security reasons.
bulletRenters must agree to observe and abide by all provincial Government regulations to Safety and security in respect to fire and other hazards.
bulletUse the property at your own risk including your own personal effects against theft, fire or what ever arises and be totally responsible for your own actions regarding breach or failure to observe any provincial ,Federal, Municipal / District Government laws, regulations or instructions.

Annual site rental rate is $1800.00 to $3000.00(dependent on site selection) + GST paid at the signing of the rental contract and will be come due every 12 month at the same rate for a period of 2 years. After the 2 year period the annual rate will be renegotiated where there maybe a small % increase each year. The renter will have the first rental renewal option on an annual basis as along as there are no terms of the rental agreement broken.

Mussel Beach Campground is located on 153 acres, on the North side of Barkley Sound, with 1.45km. of Oceanfront facing south and east, protected from the north westerly summer winds. It sits between the Long Beach and Broken Islands Group of the Pacific Rim National Park near Ucluelet.
